*Please bring a non-perishable item for their food pantry. Most needed items are canned meats & veggies, peanut butter, powdered milk, oatmeal and mac-n-cheese.

Can’t attend the May 8th vote but want your voice to be considered?
If you have an unavoidable conflict, the board is offering an opportunity to provide a provisional email vote and commitment to provide signature subsequently. This option is the exception, not the rule. Please email the CKIA Board at firstname.lastname@example.org by 7pm on May 8 and provide the following information in the format below:

Suggested dates/times to provide your signature so your vote counts.
NOTE: Only one vote per house is necessary, so no need to provide an email of intent for a 2nd owner in a household.

If you have not paid your HOA dues yet, we offer two easy ways to pay. You can complete the paper form available here and drop it off or you can pay online from the My Property page available once create an account and are approved.
The Cherry Knolls Improvement Association, a not-for-profit organization, addresses community needs as guided by the Articles of
Incorporation and Bylaws adopted by the neighborhood, and maintains this website. Please let us know if you need more information about Cherry Knolls.

What’s happening in/near CK?
NOTICE: Proposed legal updates and covenant consolidation amendments will be presented for consideration by the full membership of Cherry Knolls (regardless of dues-paid status) at the May 8, 2018 General Meeting held at 7 pm at Sandburg Elementary. Passage requires written approval of a majority of homeowners. Formal 30-day notice to follow in April.
Every homeowner should have received a notice of the proposal during the last week of March.
